Understanding Behavioral Expressions Training in Older Adults helps healthcare providers, caregivers, and long-term care staff develop the skills needed to interpret, address, and document behavioral expressions in residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments. This course aligns with CMS regulations and promotes person-centered, trauma-informed care while reducing unnecessary use of restraints or psychotropic medications.
