The following Staying Fair and Consistent During Soft-Skills Assessment in Healthcare Recruiting is designed to educate healthcare staffing recruiters on how to apply fair, job-related criteria while screening potential candidates. 

What you will learn: 

• Recognize how first impressions, confidence, communication style, and perceived fit can affect soft-skill screening.

• Use fair screening practices that distinguish hiring-relevant communication from personality or informal impressions.

• Respond appropriately when candidate information is incomplete, unclear, role-specific, or outside the recruiter’s review role.

• Document soft-skill information using brief, factual, job-related notes that avoid unsupported conclusions or personal assumptions.

Once completed, you will receive a certificate of completion. Course length: 30 minutes.
