The following Sexual Harassment in the Workplace for Healthcare Providers training is designed to educate healthcare providers (HCP) on how to recognize, respond, and remove sexual harassment from the workplace. 

Upon completion of this course, learners should be able to:

• Recognize sexual and workplace harassment based on prohibited conduct and applicable federal workplace protections.

• Respond appropriately when experiencing or witnessing workplace harassment by following reporting, intervention, and retaliation-protection procedures.

• Support transgender inclusion in the workplace by recognizing respectful practices and protections against discrimination.
