The following Pre-Screens, DMEs, and RASPs for Senior Living Communities is designed to educate healthcare providers (HCPs) on using pre-screening, Documentation of Medical Evaluation (DME) forms, and Resident Assessment-Support Plans (RASPs) to support admission readiness, resident-centered planning, and appropriate escalation when additional review is needed.

Once completed, you will receive a certificate of completion to verify you have finished the training. Course Length: 1 hour and 15 minutes; CME 1.25.
