The following Multidisciplinary Care Teams Compliance Training is designed to educate healthcare providers (HCP) on the purpose, structure, and key characteristics of multidisciplinary care (MDC) teams in delivering coordinated, patient-centered care.

What you will learn:

  • Utilize standardized communication tools and professional collaboration strategies to improve teamwork, documentation, and conflict resolution within MDC teams
