The following Mini Violence in the Workplace for Healthcare Employees is designed to educate healthcare providers (HCP) on how to recognize, respond to, and report workplace violence incidents while promoting personal safety and effective emergency response practices in healthcare environments.

What you will learn:

• De-escalation techniques for potentially violent situations

• Safe positioning and situational awareness during conflicts

• Emergency Action Plan (EAP) procedures during threats or violence

• Appropriate reporting procedures for workplace violence incidents

• The importance of recognizing warning signs and improving workplace safety

Once completed, you will receive a certificate of completion to verify you have finished the training. Course Length: 15 min.
