What you will learn:

Identify high-risk situations for medication errors, including transitions of care, polypharmacy, and the use of high-alert medications.

Describe key strategies used to reduce medication-related harm, such as medication reconciliation, medication review, and patient engagement.

Recognize high-risk medications, patient populations, and care environments that require additional safety precautions.
Once completed, you will receive a certificate of completion to verify you have finished the training. Course Length: 15 minutes.
