The following Mini OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standards Training is designed to educate healthcare professionals (HCP) on how to protect themselves and others from bloodborne pathogen exposure and the regulations designed to protect occupationally exposed workers.
What you will learn:

Core bloodborne pathogen risks (HBV, HCV, HIV), routes of exposure, and OSHA requirements for covered workers

Responsibilities under the Exposure Control Plan, including training, vaccination, engineering controls, work practices, and PPE

Required steps after an exposure incident, including immediate first aid, reporting, evaluation, and follow-up care
Once completed, you will receive a certificate of completion to verify you have finished the training. Course Length: 10 minutes.
