The following Meal Service Protocols for Healthcare Employees Training is designed to educate healthcare providers (HCP) on safe meal service practices that support nutrition, food safety, and patient-centered care.

What you will learn:

• Handling, preparing, and serving food safely while following infection control protocols

• Supporting residents with specialized diets, including mechanical soft and no added salt (NAS) diets

• Providing dignified, individualized feeding assistance that respects resident needs

Once completed, you will receive a certificate of completion to verify your participation in this activity. Course length: 1 hour; CME: 1.
