The following EEOC Fundamentals for Healthcare Hiring Training is designed to educate healthcare recruiters on applying federal equal employment opportunity requirements and objective hiring practices to use. 

What you will learn: 

• Recognize federal equal employment opportunity principles that apply during healthcare recruitment and hiring.
• Identify protected characteristics that may not influence employment decisions.
• Apply consistent, job-related screening and interviewing practices when evaluating applicants.
• Use appropriate documentation practices that support fair and compliant hiring decisions.
• Respond appropriately when potential discrimination concerns arise during the hiring process.

Once completed, you will receive a certificate of completion. Course length: 1 hour & 30 minutes.
