Legal responsibilities, mandatory reporting requirements, HIPAA considerations, and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) compliance

Trauma-informed care approaches and government-validated screening tools for dental practice

Culturally competent communication, safety planning, and referral protocols for IPV survivors

Creating safe environments through staff training, confidentiality practices, and community partnerships
