Breast and Cervical Health Training

The following Breast and Cervical Health Training course is designed to educate healthcare professionals (HCP) on the prevention, early detection, and management of breast and cervical health conditions in women.

Upon completion of this course, learners should be able to:

• Apply evidence-based breast and cervical cancer screening recommendations when assessing patients according to individual risk and clinical context.

• Recognize breast and cervical cancer risk factors and warning signs when determining the need for further evaluation or follow-up.

• Use patient-centered education and shared decision-making to support informed participation in screening, prevention, and follow-up care.

What you will learn:

• Understanding the anatomy and physiology of the breast and cervix

• Recognizing reproductive history factors and their relationship to cancer risk

• Identifying benign breast diseases and their clinical significance

• Implementing evidence-based risk factors assessment and prevention strategies

• Applying current screening guidelines and clinical recommendations for breast and cervical cancer

• Recognizing early detection methods and common warning signs

• Understanding diagnostic testing procedures and clinical pathways

• Providing effective counseling, education, and shared decision-making with patients

• Delivering culturally sensitive patient navigation services for screening and follow-up

Once completed, you will receive a certificate of completion to verify your participation in this activity. Course length: 1 hour & 30 minutes.
