• Apply structured screening questions and consistent follow-up categories to support fair, role-appropriate candidate evaluations.

• Document soft-skill observations using factual, behavior-based notes while avoiding personal impressions and unsupported assumptions.

• Recognize the recruiter's role and limitations by gathering soft-skill evidence without making clinical judgments or role-specific hiring decisions.
